I found the hotel's location peaceful and perfect, near concerts and shopping, picturesque gardens, and the restaurant for dinner in the evening. All the employees were extremely helpful and caring. I enjoyed the classical-style building, very nicely furnished and well-equipped room with good sized bath.

The location in a very pleasant area was stunning and there were shopping malls and local supermarkets nearby. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Grenoside War Memorial. The rooms themselves were nicely furnished with many original features.

Everything is great here, had a superb stay for a wedding. It boasts fantastic, lovely location not far from the reception room/restaurant, exhibition in Sheffield and picturesque gardens.

The setting was stunning, near concerts and shopping. Moreover, it was within walking distance of Ecclesfield Park.

It was fairly clean inside. The location was tranquil and ideal, just next door to the 1854 Restaurant, the bars and at the tables, and the green outskirts of Sheffield. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 400 metres of the hotel.

Good sized units with very comfortable bed and the TV plus beautiful view, and the staff were affable.

The staff was extremely great and the place was clean. Enjoyed the double room we had with good sized bath. Its location was great and stunning in a beautiful setting.

Tastefully decorated room, brand-new complete with garden, the TV, for example, truly enjoyed it. The location was quiet for exploring this very very nice area, adjacent to the green outskirts, a restaurant and order and a walk in the woods. The personnel was VERY EFFICIENT and extremely helpful.

The breakfast deal was sensational with freshly made options.

The location was peaceful and picturesque for Sheffield, short walk to at the tables, the beautiful gardens and Sheffield for a friend's funeral. Every member of staff was hard-working and well organised. The food served was tasty.

No complaints whatsoever, I liked this hotel and can recommend. Had thoroughly enjoyable stay on my recent visit and the weather was very good. It was in a peaceful and perfect location in a beautiful setting.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens and even peacocks. The location was perfect for a romantic getaway. The food and service were excellent, with a quick and tasty breakfast served before an early start. We also enjoyed delicious evening meals from the a la carte menu. The staff were lovely, and the welcome was warm. a fantastic experience at Whitley Hall.
